Where Idaho's natural beauty meets lakeside camping.

Our Story

Born from a Love of the Outdoors

Harrison Bluffs was born from a love of the outdoors and the belief that everyone deserves access to Idaho's natural beauty. Perched on the bluffs above Lake Coeur d'Alene, our properties offer a camping experience that combines stunning views with the tranquility of small-town Idaho.

We operate two properties along Woodlawn Drive in Harrison: a 5-site campground where every site has been carefully selected for its unique character and views, and a 10-site RV park with full hookups for those who prefer to bring their home on wheels.

Our approach is simple — provide clean, well-maintained sites in an extraordinary natural setting, and let the landscape do the rest. No crowds, no noise, just the sound of birds and the shimmer of the lake below.

The Location

Discover Harrison, Idaho

A tiny lakeside village on the eastern shore of Lake Coeur d'Alene — where time moves a little slower.

Harrison is a tiny lakeside village (population ~200) on the eastern shore of Lake Coeur d'Alene in Idaho's panhandle. Founded in 1899, it was once a bustling railroad hub and logging town. Today, it's best known as the gateway to the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, a 73-mile paved trail that runs from Mullan to Plummer.

The town has a laid-back charm with a general store, a few restaurants, a marina, and a beautiful city park on the waterfront. It's the kind of place where people wave from their porches and time moves a little slower.

The Lake

Lake Coeur d'Alene

Lake Coeur d'Alene is one of the most beautiful lakes in the Pacific Northwest. Stretching 25 miles long with over 135 miles of shoreline, it's a paradise for boating, fishing, swimming, and kayaking.

From our blufftop sites, you'll enjoy elevated views of the lake that most visitors never see. Watch eagles soar over the water, enjoy fiery sunsets behind the mountains, and wake up to mist rising off the lake at dawn.

Our Values

Our Commitment

We're committed to responsible camping and preserving the natural beauty of this area for future generations. We follow Leave No Trace principles and ask our guests to do the same.

We keep our footprint small by design — limited sites mean less impact on the land and a better experience for you.
